What is a “gallery-wrapped” canvas?
Gallery wrapped indicates that the canvas printing extends around the sides of the stretcher bars. The canvas print is shipped complete to hang on the wall without a need for a frame.
What is a giclee fine art print?
Giclee is a term coined for fine art digital prints produced on inkjet printers. Blossom Giclee Fine Art Prints are printed on premium archival photo paper using high-quality inks and a state-of-the-art, high-resolution large format printer.
Care and Use
How should I clean a canvas wrap?
The best way to clean canvas is by dusting with a soft cloth or duster.
Can I hang my canvas outside or in a humid area?
As all of the materials included in canvas wraps are natural materials, they should be hung in a temperature and humidity controlled environment. As individual pieces of the canvas may increase or decrease in size in these conditions, you may end up with loosened or saggy looking canvas. If you need to tighten up your canvas print, simply spray the back with water or with a tightening spray like Tight ‘N’ Up.
How do I hang my canvas?
All gallery wraps come ready to hang with a sawtooth or wire hanger. You only need to hammer a nail into your wall to hang your new artwork!
How do I display my Giclee fine art print?
Your Giclee fine art print will be created with a traditional or handcrafted Deckle (feather-like torn) edge! Prints are true to size and ready to be mounted or framed.
How do I place an order?
To begin your order, click View Products on the homepage or choose from one of the products listed in the mega menu. You will be prompted to choose your display size, upload your photo, and choose enhancement options before checking out.
I’m having difficulty uploading my images. What should I do next?
Sorry to hear that! Your image may have compatibility issues with our website uploader. If your file is less than 500KB or more than 25MB, it may not upload and/or crop correctly. Please contact us if you continue to have difficulty; we're always happy to help!
I'm using the online manipulation to create my canvases, but it is not showing in 3d?
Unfortunately, you may be using a browser that does not yet support this technology. Older browser versions particularly Internet Explorer may not support 3d. Please use Chrome, Firefox, Safari or a newer browser type for optimal performance.
Can I complete the cropping and prep before uploading?
Professional photographers and those with experience in photo editing can manipulate their images before uploading. We recommend Adobe RGB 1998 in a 150 dpi JPG format. For a standard 1.5” image canvas wrap, you’ll want to leave 2” on all sides to be used for the wrap.
Do you have templates I can download?
Yes, if you wish to download our Photoshop canvas templates for use, please click on the links below. Make sure to leave the Resample button unchecked and set the dpi to 150. If the Resample button is left checked, the image may be distorted. If left unchecked, the size can be changed, but the proportion of the photo will remain the same keeping it from being distorted.
What are the image guidelines for a .75” canvas gallery wrap?
When prepping your file, add 1” for a border on EACH side of the canvas image face as this will end up being the wrapped edge of the canvas.
What are the image guidelines for a 1.5” canvas gallery wrap?
When prepping your file, add 2” for a border on EACH side of the canvas image face as this will end up being the wrapped edge of the canvas.
What should I do if I get a low-resolution warning?
Depending on the size canvas or photo print you are choosing, you may have too small of an image. You’ll either need to choose another smaller size or a higher resolution image. If you decide to go ahead with your image, we recommend adding an enhancement option to your order to guarantee satisfaction.
I uploaded my image from social media but I’m concerned about the quality?
Online social media accounts primarily hold a very low-resolution version of your image. You’re best to go directly to the image on the device it was taken to get the best quality and clarity. If you do upload a Facebook, Instagram or another social media image, we recommend adding a professional enhancement option to your order to guarantee satisfaction.
What is your minimum file size?
We recommend a minimum file size of 1 MB (1,000 kb). We are able to produce a great print with an image between 500kb and 1 MB, but the quality is far superior with a larger image. To see the size of your file, right click on the image file name and click on “properties” to view the image size.
What about pixel dimensions?
To get the highest quality canvas wrap or print, multiply the dimensions of the product by 150 to get your pixel dimensions. See below for pixel recommendations.

What is the best file size, resolution, and format for my image?
We recommend a high-resolution jpg format for your image. However, our website also accepts TIFF and PNG files. Our unique software automatically scales your image to 150 dpi to get the best printed image possible.
Will my product appear exactly how it shows on your website?
Yes! Our website software automatically produces a complete print-ready image based off of the online proof you manipulate and approve! If you’d like someone to review your image for resolution, clarity or cropping please add a professional enhancement option to your order.
What is the status of my order?
You can check your order status by logging in to Your Account. Tracking information will be sent in an email shipping confirmation as soon as your product ships!
How long will it take to process and print my order?
To preserve the integrity of your canvas wrap or prints, we have a print turnaround of 15-20 business days. After that time, if you’ve selected ground shipping, you will receive based on UPS transit times to your location from our HQ in La Crosse, WI.
I need my order SOON! Can it be done?
Yes, we will make sure we make every effort to get your order delivered when you need it. If it is a rush order, please contact a design specialist by phone, email or chat to confirm shipping dates. If you need it even quicker, you should select Expedited shipping upon checkout.
What are your shipping options?
We offer UPS ground shipping to the lower 48 states. If you need it expedited, flat rate shipping will be calculated based on your location and product selection at checkout.
My order was damaged during shipping. What should I do?

What is return/refund policy?
If your product arrives damaged or of poor quality, we will fix the issue as soon as we possibly can! If you are not completely satisfied, we accept refunds or exchanges within 365 days from the date of shipment. If you would like to cancel your order, you MUST do so before production begins. As each order is custom created with your image, there will be no cancellations after your product has already been produced unless it is of less than superior quality. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase!

I canceled my order. When will I see my refund?
Refunds may take up to 7-14 days to appear on your credit card statement. If you are concerned about the status of your refund, give us a call. If it has been over 90 days, we, unfortunately, do not have the authorization to refund your credit card. Please contact us to receive a refund.
My image looks pixelated. Can you help?
Yes, upon checkout please choose a professional enhancement option. One of our graphic design specialists will work with you to ensure your photo and final print will be amazing!
Can you retouch or enhance my photo?
We’d love to! In fact, it’s what our design specialists are trained for! While placing your order, you’ll be given the option to digitally enhance your image.
Do I need copyright permissions to print?
Yes, if your image was taken by someone other than yourself you will need to get a written copyright permission from them to print. If it was taken by a professional photographer, you will need to request a written or electronic statement through them. If during the ordering process, your order is flagged as having potential copyright infractions, you may be contacted by Blossom to provide written copyright permissions. Blossom will not be held liable for any copyright infractions.
You should know that we will not use your image for anything other than printing your canvas unless you give us complete written permissions.
I need to change my image, but I already submitted my order! Can you help?
To make sure everything is handled smoothly, please give us a call or send us an email at [email protected]. Because your product is a custom creation, we can only change the image if your order has not already entered the production stage.
